SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Shining Heavy currently ships to valid addresses within the United States only. We look forward to expanding to additional countries in the future.
SHIPPING COST
A flat shipping rate of $5.69 applies to U.S. orders unless a different amount is displayed at checkout.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Every Shining Heavy notebook is made to order. Production generally takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
After production, standard U.S. delivery generally takes approximately 3–4 business days. Most orders should therefore arrive within approximately 5–9 business days after the order is placed.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, high order volumes, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment has begun.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs when an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, please first check the tracking information, confirm the shipping address, and contact the carrier or local post office.
Claims for packages believed to be lost must be submitted to Shining Heavy within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and ask household members, neighbors, or building staff. You should also contact the carrier for additional delivery information.
